In this role, you’ll plan and coordinate on-site activities alongside project leadership: organizing resources, equipment and schedules, setting milestones, and coordinating with clients and external teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll manage the entire site lifecycle — from handing over the site area to ensuring safe construction, proper installation, testing, and final handover when the job is done.
As the on-site representative, you’ll build relationships with customers and local stakeholders, ensure proper handling and installation of materials and equipment, maintain up-to-date risk assessments and safety documentation, and supervise subcontractors to meet quality, budget, and timeline goals. You’ll also track project costs, manage documentation, and regularly update management on site progress, health and safety, quality, and cost performance.
This trainee position is designed for someone with a background in electrical or mechanical engineering — or equivalent skills — who may have some experience in construction or installation.
