What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the team, you will:

- Build partnerships with investors, corporates, and other stakeholders aligned with climate goals.
- Track and report on performance metrics, helping ventures meet ambitious milestones.
- Support fundraising and resource mobilization for the accelerator and its cohort.
Who We Are Looking For
Ideally, you are someone who:
- Has 3–8 years of experience in supporting ventures, startups, or social impact programs.
- Has worked in climate, sustainability, or related industries.
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills — you know how to engage founders, partners, and funders.
- Is entrepreneurial, adaptable, and ready to operate in a fast-paced, global context.
- Believes deeply in equitable global development and is motivated by supporting underrepresented climate entrepreneurs.
